Development Layout

  1. Plazas, meeting points and leisure spaces are strategically placed along the pedestrian boulevard. Retail, services, food and beverage are randomly distributed along this axis, thus creating an old village environment.
  2. From the entrance, a main road distributes traffic in a ring that causes no interference with the pedestrian axis.
  3. Areas with higher buildings are located inside the ring. Lower density zones on the outside areas establish a transition to the waterfront and the protected dune landscape.
  4. The central area along the pedestrian axis will be divided in 13 gated communities with apartment blocks around private open gardens and swimming pools.

The apartments will be one, two and three bedroom, with balconies and terraces.

Resort Management and Rental Return

Vila Verde resort and property units will be managed by a property management company, which will take care of all components of the resort and within the terms agreed with each owner, will manage the rental plan.

Clients will be given a gross annual return of 5% under the following terms:

The property unit has to be available to the management company for 365 days per year

The return will be adjusted pro rata downwards according to the usage rate

The payment of the rental return will be semesterly

The property unit should be furnished
